My stay at Holiday Inn Express - Dallas Downtown was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore downtown attractions. However, I encountered several issues, including a cramped room and mixed staff interactions that left me wanting more. Overall, it was not the best experience, but the convenient location was a saving grace.
